14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a refund. This applies to all Australian customers under Australian Consumer Law and EU consumer protection directives.
Refund Eligibility
Your refund request will be approved if:
- The product is unopened and in original condition
- The product is within 14 days of delivery
- You have not used or consumed any of the product
- The packaging is intact with safety seals unbroken
Requests outside this window or for opened products will not be eligible for refund, though we encourage you to contact us to discuss alternatives.
Non-Returnable Items
Refunds cannot be issued for:
- Opened or partially used products
- Products with broken or tampered seals
- Orders placed more than 14 days ago
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
How to Request a Refund

Step 2: Get Approval
Our team will review your request and approve or decline within 2-3 business days.
Step 3: Return the Product
If approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions. You can arrange return via standard post.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refund Method
Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds are issued as bank transfer to your nominated account (we'll request these details).
Processing Time: Refunds are processed 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Additional time may apply depending on your bank.
Return Shipping
Once your refund is approved, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using Australia Post standard tracked shipping for your protection. Keep your tracking number for reference.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund without requiring you to return the damaged item.
Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, contact us immediately. We will send the correct item or issue a refund immediately.
Exceptions & Special Circumstances
We understand life happens. If your refund falls slightly outside the 14-day window due to delivery delays or other circumstances, contact us. We may be able to work out a solution on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Disputes
If we deny your refund request and you believe it was made in error, you can escalate your case by emailing info@anklesplantvital.world with additional details or photos.
Chargeback & Dispute Rights
You have the right to request a chargeback through your payment method (card issuer or bank) if you believe our refund decision was unfair. However, we prefer to resolve issues directly. Please contact us before pursuing a chargeback.
