Order Process: When you submit an order form, you are making an offer to purchase. Our team will contact you to confirm your order. Your order is accepted when we dispatch your package.

Payment: Payment is due on delivery (cash on delivery). You can pay with cash or card to the delivery courier. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include all applicable costs unless otherwise stated.

Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

4. Delivery

Delivery Terms: We deliver to Australian addresses only. Standard delivery is 3-7 business days depending on location. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the courier or to your address, whichever occurs first.

Signature: A signature may be required upon delivery to ensure the package reaches you safely.

5. Returns & Refunds
